First and foremost I want to thank all of the first time diners and the returning diners that came to The Lodge for this Valentines Day. Here are a few pictures for the people who missed out and I will be posting recipes shortly.

Valentines Day Prix Fixe
Treviso and Grilled Pear Salad
Brown butter vinaigrette, fig balsamic, and smoked blue cheese.
House Cured Pork Belly
Stewed white beans, crispy kale, and pickled fennel.
Tomato Tarte Tatin
Herbed roma tomatoes in a pine nut and rosemary tart with lime crème and shaved manchego.
Caramelized Sea Scallops
NW mushroom and faro risotto roasted apples, butternut squash, and fried Brussels leaves.
Truffle Basted Filet Mignon
Tomato ragout, rosemary and garlic mash, and house black truffle salt.
Confit of pheasant leg, roasted breast, carrot demi-glace, pan seared potatoes, and baby root vegetables.
Grilled Oregon Steelhead
Stoneground mustard gnocchi, baby yellow beets, brown sugar glazed bacon, and a preserved lemon butter sauce.
Butternut Squash Angliotti
Sage brown butter, roasted mushrooms, mustard greens, espresso espuma.
Chocolate Pot de Crème
Candied orange and vanilla cream
Pear and Pine nut Tart
Anise poached pear, pignolia cream, and frangipane
