This tangerine glaze is great for glazing ribs, fish, or even when making a tempura chicken dish. You can also substitute the tangerine juice with pomegranate juice for a different flavor. I use this glaze on my lemongrass pork ribs.
1C Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2C Fish Sauce
1C Tangerine Juice
- Combine all and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate, will last for 10 days.
