Tangerine Glaze

This tangerine glaze is great for glazing ribs, fish, or even when making a tempura chicken dish.  You can also substitute the tangerine juice with pomegranate juice for a different flavor.  I use this glaze on my lemongrass pork ribs.

Tangerine Glaze

1.5C    Sugar

1C       Rice Wine Vinegar

1/2C    Soy

1/2C    Fish Sauce

1C      Tangerine Juice

  • Combine all and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Refrigerate, will last for 10 days.
