Port Wine Reduction

This is a great product for plate presentation or for adding sweetness to dressings.  Make sure to use cheap port, no sense in using good port for this reduction.

Port Wine Reduction

1.5L Port wine
4C Sugar

Combine the wine and sugar in a sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a simmer and reduce to the desired thickness.
